What if the judge has concerns with our paperwork?
We'll address any concerns on the spot if possible. If revisions are needed, we'll explain what needs to be fixed and can prepare corrections for an additional fee.
Are final hearings in-person or remote?
Most final hearings are conducted remotely via Zoom, Webex, or Teams. In-person appearances are rare. If an in-person hearing is required, we handle that on a case-by-case basis at current hourly rates.
