Common Questions
What qualifies as grounds for modification?
You must show a substantial, material, and unanticipated change in circumstances. For child support, this typically means a 15%+ change in income or significant change in time-sharing.
Can I modify multiple things at once?
Yes. Your supplemental petition can request modification of child support, parenting plan, and/or alimony in the same filing.
Does this include the hearing?
No. This package covers filing only. Mediation and court hearings are available as separate services.

Not included: Court filing fees ($300-$410 depending on case type and county, plus a ~4% statutory convenience fee for card payments), process server fees, notary fees, and other third-party costs are paid separately and are not included in this price.
A payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) will be added at checkout as a separate line item.
