Yes, this is called 'limited scope representation.' We'll file a notice of limited appearance, represent you at the hearing, and then withdraw.
What if my hearing is required in-person?
In-person hearings are rare but do occur. If your hearing requires in-person attendance, we handle that on a case-by-case basis at current hourly rates. Contact us to discuss.
