What happens after filing?
Your spouse has 20 days to respond after being served. From there, you'll either negotiate a settlement or proceed toward hearings. We offer à la carte services for each next step.
What if we reach an agreement later?
Great! Many contested cases settle. We can prepare your Marital Settlement Agreement and convert to an uncontested resolution.
Does this include court appearances?
No. This package covers filing and mandatory disclosures only. Court appearances, motions, and hearings are available as separate services.

Not included: Court filing fees, process server fees, notary fees, and other third-party costs are paid separately and are not included in this price.
A payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) will be added at checkout as a separate line item.
